Gregg L. Wirtz is a military vetern (JAG – USAF), civil trial lawyer with Diplomat Certification by The American Board of Trial Lawyers and a member of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He has focused on mediation practice in North Florida continuously from 1996 through the present. He is certified as a Circuit Civil Mediator by the State of Florida and also by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. His mediation practice includes the mediation of all nature of civil disputes including pre-suit voluntary mediations, global settlement conferences, state and federal court ordered mediations and appellate mediations. He has mediated more than 5000 cases involving a wide range of matters, including wrongful death, catastrophic personal injuries, construction defects, insurance coverage disputes, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, employment law, first party insurance claims, declaratory judgment actions, commercial business disputes, homeowner association disputes, estates, and many other civil matters. He has lectured extensively to a wide array of groups on mediation, trial practice and ethics.
