Pamela Wiggins

Dr. Pamela Wiggins is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and CEO/Owner of Wiggins Management & Consulting, LLC. She is known for her ability to listen and resolve conflict in a peaceful manner. Dr. Wiggins mediates issues related to Family Law through private practice in all circuits in the State of Florida, and travels to all circuits to serve clients. Dr. Wiggins has over 12 years combined professional experience in: child welfare (Florida & Georgia); dependency mediation; advocacy of the best interest of abused, neglected, and abandoned children; children involved in dissolution of marriage; effects of dissolution of marriage on children; working with Guardian Ad Litem programs and attorneys; and working with social service agencies in Florida and Georgia.

Dr. Wiggins has 11 years of corporate executive level leadership experience as CEO; 15 years of experience teaching in higher education; over 4 years of executive level leadership in higher education; 15 years of experience in staff training, coaching, and mentoring; and over 7 years of experience in quality management and auditing. Dr. Wiggins previously held leadership positions in higher education as associate dean of academic affairs and interim dean of academic affairs.

Dr. Wiggins earned her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, Master of Arts in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marymount University.

In addition, Dr. Wiggins is a Certified Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, adjunct professor in the College of Business, Organizational Leadership, at Southern New Hampshire University, author, motivational speaker, and Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Dr. Wiggins volunteers her time in the role of Treasurer for Greater New Hope Ministries, Inc. located in Jacksonville, Florida.
